Indian National Science Academy (INSA) in partnership with the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the Elsevier Foundation (EF) will hold an in-person 25th Gender Summit, in New Delhi on 10th March 2026.
To celebrate International Women’s Day, there will be also satellite meetings to promote advancement of science by women, for women, and about women.
From the programme:
- Advancing women’s participation in scientific enterprise as researchers and beneficiaries of scientific advances through institutional policies promoting equal opportunities in career progression
- Aligning and implementing research funding policy with measures to improve quality and equality
- Ethically, fairly, and sustainably advancing and leveraging AI, Machine Learning and Data Analytic technologies for scientific progress and for societal relevance and benefit of public investment in R&I
