European University Association (EUA) invites member universities to 2025 EUA-CDE Thematic Workshop: Establishing and advancing equity, diversity and inclusion in doctoral education.
Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) has become an important area of activity for universities across Europe, not least due to their key role in advancing the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and tackling complex social, economic and environmental challenges. For many universities, their dedication to this strategic priority is also front and centre in how they approach doctoral education, where significant progress has been made in diversifying doctoral candidate bodies and enhancing EDI in all its dimensions.
The 2025 EUA-CDE Thematic Workshop will highlight the central role of equity, diversity, and inclusion in doctoral education.
