Diversity and Inclusion Management – tools for creating fruitful work environment, organization culture and competitive advantage.

Diversity management can be seen as an internal process aiming at creating a positive work environment by taking individual differences into consideration.

In this course we will be blending theory and practice in order to provide substance to the discussion on diversity and inclusion management. The aim is to provide each participant with practical tools for creating a diversity program.
